Client Responsibilities

For us to deliver the best results, we need your cooperation. As a client, you agree to:

• Give us timely access to required accounts or platforms (like your website, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Review and give feedback on deliverables within a reasonable time
• Inform us if your business goals or requirements change

Delays caused by a lack of client communication or access may affect project timelines. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control.

Payments and Billing

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before any project begins. We typically work on a monthly retainer or project-based model, depending on the service. We do not process payments directly through our website. All billing is handled through direct invoices. Payments are expected on time as per the agreed schedule. If a payment is delayed without prior notice, we reserve the right to pause work until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Results and Guarantees

SEO is a long-term process and results vary depending on many factors — including your industry, competition, and how search engines update their algorithms. We work hard and use proven strategies, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers. Ownership of Work

Once full payment has been received for a project, the deliverables (content, reports, website work, etc.) belong to you. However, any proprietary tools, templates, or internal processes we use to complete the work remain the property of CloudRankify.

Any business information, strategies, or data you share with us is kept strictly confidential. We will not share your information with competitors or any third party without your consent. Similarly, we appreciate if clients treat our processes and strategies with discretion as well.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. However, since we work with global clients, we aim to handle any disputes fairly and professionally — ideally through direct communication first.
